Charging through the eyes to restore vision.

girl doing eye exercises to improve vision

Modern people process vast amounts of information every day. For these purposes, as a rule, a computer is used. As a result, the eyes are in a state of tension almost all the time. They tire quickly, which often causes vision problems.

It should be understood that the visual organs also need to rest. After all, overexertion causes dryness and redness. As a result, visual acuity may decrease.

To relieve fatigue, strengthen the eye muscles, you can use special exercises for the eyes.

Like any kind of gymnastics, eye exercises are useful if they are done correctly for a long time. They are focused on training, relaxation and strengthening of the eye muscles.

In each exercise, two or three approaches are enough. Between exercises, blink rapidly.

"Nose Letter"

This exercise is considered a warm-up. Relieves tension in the eyes and neck muscles. The exercise is done sitting.

Initially, you should relax and close your eyes. Then imagine that there is a pen on the tip of your nose. The eyes should not be strained. It is important to move in the air with an imaginary pen, imagining the process of writing or drawing.

"Slapping"

To perform such a visual exercise, you need to relax, sit up straight, cover your eyes with your hands so that the center of the right palm is on a par with the right pupil. The same condition should be observed on the left. The palms of the hands should not be pressed tightly against the face. It is permissible to cross your fingers on your forehead or place them next to each other, as it is more convenient.

It is important that there are no "slots" that let light through. If all the rules are observed, the eyelids should be lowered. The eyes must be closed and protected by the palms of the hands. This will ensure complete relaxation of the visual organs.

"Through Your Fingers"

The arms should be bent at the elbows, while the palms of the hands are stretched out with the fingers open at the same level as the eyes. Then you need to gently turn your head to the right and left, look into the distance with your fingers. It is not necessary to dwell on specific objects. Performing the exercises correctly will give the impression that the arms are moving. You must make three turns, opening and then closing your eyes. Repeat the exercise 25-30 times. You need to breathe easy.

"Move aside"

In this exercise, you move seven times for each eye from left to right, up to down, up to down, right to left, and right to left. Then the gaze should be directed to the upper left corner of the room, and gently move the eyes to the lower right corner. So do the opposite. Perform each movement seven times. The rhythm is not important. For the best effect, you can connect the fantasy. For example, trying to describe a semicircle with your eyes, a certain geometric figure, or just randomly rotating the eyeballs to achieve a clear image.

"Great Circle"

Such a gymnastics complex is simple. Its essence is to perform the usual circular movements with the help of the eyes. But the head must be kept still.

You need to imagine a big dial in front of you. Then slowly look around you in a circle, first clockwise, then counterclockwise, writing down each number. The line being drawn must not be interrupted. With each workout, you should increase the radius of this imaginary circle. At the end of the exercise, you should blink.

"Eight"

The head must be kept still. Movement is only allowed with the eyes. One look is to describe the horizontal figure "eight". The pattern created in the air must be large. But the eye muscles cannot be overloaded.

Movements must be performed several times, alternately changing direction.

"Gaze Tension"

To do this exercise, hold the tip of a pen or other small object close to your eyes. All details must be clearly seen. The gaze should be kept on the corresponding subject for a while. The oblique eye and ring muscles will be strained to the limit. With the correct exercise, the elongation of the eyeball and the bulge of the lens will reach a maximum value. After that, the visual organs must be relaxed.

"Looking through the window"

A circle is glued on the window glass, the diameter of which is three to five millimeters. It is placed at a distance of about thirty centimeters from the face. It should be at the same level as the eyes. Then you need to find an arbitrary distant object entering the area of the circle, and alternately look from this object to the circle, and then back. Another option would be to stare for ten seconds at a tree or pole outside the window. Then you need to look carefully at the wrist or palm. So repeat 15 times.

"Focal length adjustment"

When performing this exercise, you need to focus your eyes on the finger, which is located at a distance of 40-50 centimeters from the face. Then alternately approach it and move it to an outstretched hand. The approximation should be as close as possible. Repeat this complex ten times. The finger can be moved from left to right, as well as diagonally.

eyebrow relaxation

This exercise will be the perfect complement to gymnastics for the visual organs. Often, after a busy day at work, a person closes his eyes and feels that his eyebrows are dragging on his eyelashes. But in children, this phenomenon does not occur, despite the long stay on the monitor. They can enjoy the colors of the world around them for a long time.

This manipulation will help remove the heaviness of the eyebrows. The eyebrows should be raised slowly, as high as possible. As a result, the ears must strain. This feeling must be remembered, because later it will have to be achieved without making movements with the eyebrows.

The systematic implementation of such exercises, along with a good mood, will help everyone to look at the bright colors of the world around them with wide open eyes. It is important to take care of the health of the visual organs and pay attention to them on a daily basis. Do not stop if the improvement in vision has become noticeable. It is necessary to systematically engage in the restoration of the function of the visual organs. This will give you the maximum effect.
